Ensure integrated best-practice HR by directing the implementation of standardized HR processes
- Responsible for planning and driving change projects
- Ensure the HR Team is aligned with the overall operational strategies for the recruitment, selection, retention and development of key talent
- Define and relate business needs to the HR community ensuring cascade and roll-out across all relevant areas
- Foster the development of an organizational culture that is high-performing, value-driven and focused on growth
- Responsible for the development and direction of the HR Business Partner Team
- Provide the Leadership Team with relevant HR metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of HR Operations
- Drive process improvement by optimizing synergies and engaging with business stakeholders to promote HR effectiveness at all levels of the operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- B.S. in Human Resources Management?
- Extensive experience in coaching, leadership development and succession planning
- Some years experience leading teams
- Experience of working with different cultures and knowledge of labour laws preferred
- Proven experience of delivering impactful solutions to complex business problems in a dynamic and changing environment
