Manage the systems functionality for SAP SuccessFactors concurrent enhancement user experience and system efficiency. Provides efficient, standardized human resource services spanning payroll coordination, general HR administration related to the employees lifecycle processes, reports and other transactions for the assigned sites. Ensures efficiency of HR operations, technology with SAP SucessFactors and transaction HR processes. Definition of standards and procedures for addressing employee issues, transactions and managing HR programs in accordance with global HR operations and local requirements. Align services with the human resource business partners & HR Operations
Extensive experience and understanding of operational HR processes, Swiss payroll and HR Information Systems. Must have been active with Successfactors experience or SAP HCM. Ideally experience from an international view point. Collaborative style and a good team player. Able to manage high workloads & conflicting priorities, both in support of the HR team and their customers, our employees. Strong customers focus mind-set and strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, German or French an advantage. Travelling approx. 20%.
