Your Duties:
  • Support the Head of Global Drug Regulatory Affairs and the team members in all administrative matters
  • Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and manage working schedule of Head of GDRA
  • Anticipate the daily needs and requirements of the department and ensure that these needs are met
  • Organize interviews on behalf of Human Resources and take care of new employees
  • Upload several DRA related documents to iTrack as well as contracts to conTRACKts
  • Distribute the DRA Newsletter and keep the international contact list updated
  • Process consultant bills, invoices in general and departmental expenses
Your Qualifications:
  • Profound administrative experience in an international company
  • Familiar with company policies relevant to Drug Regulatory Affairs
  • Experienced in meeting and event organization
  • Fluent in English; French and German would be a strong asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
  • Good organizational skills, open-minded and service-oriented attitude
