The successful candidate will:

 

  • Design and implement a private banking marketing plan which aligns with the banking industry and the firm’s objectives,ensuring ongoing buy-in and engagement from Deloitte partners and its business;
  • Lead high-profile marketing initiatives such as (private) banking thought leadership, events, digital and social media campaigns that present compelling and innovative experiences for our clients;
  • Take responsibility for developing and managing the allocated marketing budget;
  • Enable, challenge and review the marketing outcomes, reporting impact and return on investment;
  • Collaborate with the PR, events, digital, research, and design teams as well as with international counterparts to produce unique marketing initiatives that deliver significant impact on the Swiss market.

 

You have/are:

 

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or economics with a focus on marketing.
  • 5 years plus of marketing experience, preferably within professional services or the banking industry.
  • Ability to develop a high-level understanding of complex technical subject matters
  • Social Media campaign experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a track-record in targeting senior executives.
  • A strong team player with a positive, flexible attitude, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Capable of committing and delivering to short deadlines to keep up with a fast-paced market environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills and capacity to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and a clear, concise writing style.
  • Fluent in German AND English. French is a plus.
