Manager -Talent Management

To strengthen our global Human Resources team based at our Headquarter office in Lausanne -Switzerland, we are looking for a:

MANAGER -TALENT MANAGEMENT

ROLE

  • Provide SICPA with a strong expertise on talent management activities, namely acquisition, learning & development, assessment and engagement as well as subject matter support in methodologies and tools used in the talent management area to support the GlobalSICPA HR community and the business.
  • Partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners/HR Managers, business stakeholders & other HR team members to develop and implement programs and processes through superior customer experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Enable the implementation of the talent management strategy through development and execution of talent management and organizational effectiveness programs and processes.
  • Operate as the functional subject matter expert for talent management activities, programs, projects and technology.
  • Conduct analysis of complex Talent Management issues and gather business requirements while proposing realistic solutions with astrong business rationale and in compliance with established processes, tools, budget, methods and frameworks.
  • Develop or reinforce use of new tools and methods as needed to support Talent Management processes. In parallel, support the HR community and internal stakeholders to leverage existing frameworks, tools & platforms to align with agreed procedures and guidelines.
  • Propose optimization and evolution of existing frameworks, tools, methods by consolidating concrete ideas into proposals to the Management while identifying areas for improvement and executing improvement initiatives across the Talent Management cycle.
  • Remain abreast of all technology advancements in Talent Management overall and determine feasibility of integrating them intoour processes with the purpose of global scalability, impactful use and cost effective way of acquiring, enabling, assessing and deploying our talent globally.
  • Contribute through subject matter expertise, influence & best practices sharing in other organizational effectiveness & talent management activities such as performance management, employee engagement & retention, talent assessments, internal communication, HR metrics/KPIs & international talent mobility.
  • Manage external partners from various talent management areas including but not limited to negotiating contracts, monitoring deliverables and reporting on results.

PROFILE

  • Master degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience in the Talent Management domain.
  • 8 -10 years of experience in Human Resources within an international environment preferably.
  • Business savvy with excellent communication & organization skills who is able to persuade & influence effectively.
  • Previous work experience in an international and diverse environment.
  • Possesses a high sense of ownership, accountability and commitment.
  • Strong global coordination, organization and implementation skills coupled with pro-activeness and result orientation.
  • Strong experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Fluent in English. French is an advantage. Other foreign languages are an asset.
