Our global sub-service line People Advisory Services (PAS) harnesses the collective power of Human Capital and People & Organizational Change professionals and provides our clients with a set of integrated services and offerings solving their most pertinent people-related business challenges. The PAS – Performance team members support clients in effectively managing change and their organizational design. They also help design HR operating models, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risk and integrate transactions effectively.
To further strengthen our People Advisory Services – Performance team we are looking for a Manager to join our Basel or Zurich office.
Tasks that you promote
Take responsibility for one or more change management projects within complex and potentially multi-national environments
Analyze, design and deliver creative and innovative solutions tailored to client needs in the area of organizational or process changes and business transformations
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and tools
Promote the professional and personal development of your team members and engage in knowledge sharing and training delivery activities
Participate in/lead the development of People Advisory Services propositions as well as client proposals
Your profile to succeed together
Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, HR Management or Psychology
More than 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in our focus areas such as change management, organizational and process design and training development; sector experience in Life Sciences would be an asset
Proven track record in project management
Ability to initiate and foster sustainable client relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English) and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible working style within multi-national teams
