To strengthen our IT Infrastructure department, we are looking for a:

MANAGER – IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES

ROLE:

  • Define and manage Global IT infrastructure teams to contribute to products and new project deployments, operations and support
  • Manage and organize work of IT infrastructure teams composed of Database Administrators, Network Engineers, System Administrators and distributed IT DevOps and IT security embedded in development team
  • Define IT infrastructure requirements and contribute to the design of new products and customer projects
  • Define, implement, adequate ITIL processes, and IT tools (MDB, Automation, Monitoring, Security, etc.…)
  • Define IT operations & maintenances (KPIs, obsolescence, patch management) and ensure activities are performed
  • Validate IT security & consistency (Database/BI/Network…) of our deployed solutions/systems
  • Define, implement and support DRP’s solution with IT Operations teams
  • Liaise with third party suppliers in relation to fault diagnosis and rectification of IT systems
  • Tech watch on new technology/product and tools
  • Monitor suppliers' performance
  • Lead IT infra projects/programs according to applicable process and governance
  • Support business development efforts in sales, pre-sales and building strategic partnerships
  • Participate to the definition of standardized Business Intelligence and data management strategy for customers

PROFILE:

  • Master degree (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years’ experience in a similar position with a track record in management of national size and/or complex IT Projects
  • Previous execution of security certification process such as SAS70 / ISO 27k and business continuity strategies
  • Experience in software programming, preferably Java, JavaScript, C++
  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases, e.g., Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in cloud technology, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
  • Experience with Agile and continuous integration
  • Knowledge of ITIL and system administration best practices, monitoring tools (NAGIOS/SPLUNK)
  • TOGAF, CISSP, CEH, and CISA certifications are strong assets
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
