For an international IT services institution in Geneva we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

IT Senior Service Desk Supporter / GERMAN (Permanent) 

Job Description

  • Analyse, categorize and register customer request within the Ticketing system
  • Provide end-user support (1st and 2nd level) for desktop systems and applications
  • Provide troubleshooting in the area of Network, Server, Storage
  • Ensure a quick, friendly and professional resolution of IT issues
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction according to the following performance measurements: Customer satisfaction (Survey), Security audit level, Service Quality Index (SQI), Ticketing Performance Index
  • End-user training

Requirements

  • >5 years of experience in IT Service Desk
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Windows environment (desktop applications and Lotus Notes)
  • Expertize with IT equipment: PC, Hardware, LAN components & peripherals
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Excellent communication in GERMAN (Must)
  • SWISS GERMAN (advantageous)
  • English good
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills
  • Previous experience within large multicultural companies
  • Excellent customer awareness and affability
