For an international institution in Zug we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

IT Help Desk Supporter (Permanent) - 5151 

Job Description

  • First point of contact for customer liaison and keeping Managing incidents and requests reported to the Helpdesk
  • Logging and Fixing 1st Level incidents
  • Maintaining awareness of service levels for all assigned incidents
  • Identifying and assisting in the elimination of problems
  • Provide proactive support in order to consistently improve the “end user experience”

Requirements

  • Proven service and support expertise (2 – 5 years)
  • Excellent skilled in:
    - Citrix
    - Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016, Active Directory Administration, Exchange Administration
    - Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox
    - Troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets/MFD´s, TCP/IP Troubleshooting
    - Remote Connectivity: RSA/VPN
    - Blackberry/iPhone Support
    - Bloomberg/Reuters Data
    - Audio Visual: Projectors/Video conferencing/Plasma TV´s
    - Management of : Anti-virus software,
  • Microsoft and ITIL/ITSM certifications
  • Quick learning skills and ability to act on own initiative
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, German beneficial
  • Our client expects local candidates
