Our IT Service Management department is looking for an experienced colleague to complete our agile technical documentation application team in Zug. You will be responsible as IT application consultant and work in close collaboration with our R&D colleagues globally to ensure an end to end service for them as our stakeholders.

Your new responsibilities

  • Act as technical application consultant for IT projects and requests for change
  • Responsible for our technical documentation Application (ST4) as well as service management based on ITIL V3 framework
  • Deputy for our Customer Facing Tools (CFT) and Master Data Management (MDM) application and services
  • Perform daily operation support to existing solutions and troubleshoot problems with the software
  • Analyze business requirements and perform business workshops to enable an as-is process analysis, to-be design and solution architecture
  • Write business blueprints, functional and technical specifications and conduct integration and user acceptance tests
  • Elaborate technical concepts and conduct implementation planning in close collaboration with internal & external partners

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or proven equivalent experience in IT service management
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems, tools and IT Service Management Processes. Knowledge of ST4 application would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with ITIL based process or ITIL trained, at least Foundation level, as well as with information system troubleshooting
  • Familiar with project management and agile principles would be an advantage
  • Upholds a sense of customer service and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English. Good German knowledge will be an advantage
