We are looking for a highly motivated young graduate who will have the opportunity to learn during a one-year professional journey within our Group HR department. In this role, you will assist our HR team, in projects touching various functional areas of HR such as Compensation and benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning and Development with a focus on Time management and Internal Communication

(1 YEAR, 100%)


  • Assist in various HR project areas as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvements, review of regulations and policies and other HR initiatives.
  • Support the HR Team with time management requests.
  • Support the HR Team in organization of different events
  • Draft HR communications and regularly update the internal HR Portal
  • Contribute to other administrative tasks for the Corporate HR Department according to ad-hoc needs.


  • Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law or Economics or any other related field
  • Bilingual in English and French;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and at ease with IT tools in general
  • Autonomous with solid organization and analytical skills
  • Dynamic and detailed-oriented team player with strong customer orientation
