Job Summary

Your responsibility includes HR related administrative tasks for all our international employeesand payroll processing.

The work place is in Baar (Zug).

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

HR Administration

  •                   HR Documentation: employment contracts, addendums, bonding agreements, attestation, reference
  •                   Maintaining employee’s life cycle records
  •                   Managing and follow up employees’ entries / exits
  •                   Child benefits
  •                   Administration and follow-up in accidents & sicknesses & maternity cases
  •                   Administration of PTI crew cards
  •                   Maintaining and optimizing HR data base (NOVA, HR DB)
  •                   Informing & answering to employees according to HR procedures and policies
  •                   Control of invoices
  •                   Various administration (filing, archiving, reports, etc.)

Processing Payroll:

  •                   Updating and maintaining payroll records (Joiners/Leavers/Changes) and payroll master data
  •                   Managing payroll related administrative duties
  •                   Producing accurate, timely payroll reporting (AHV, Allowances, Source Tax etc.)
  •                   Importing/exporting payroll interface file
  •                   Processing of all variable wage components
  •                   Payroll experience in Germany would be appreciated

Job-Related Experience:

  •                   Experience in Swiss payroll / German payroll a plus
  •                   Up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory/legal environment
  •                   Fluent German and English; we’d love it if you spokeFrench too!
  •                   At ease with numbers
  •                   Analytic skills
  •                   IT literate
