Change Management & Communication European Lead 
Edelway is a pan-European leading services company. 

On behalf of our global client based in Zurich we are actively looking for a Change Management & Communication European Senior Leader to support the Global Opex program on a long term basis. 

The role is based in Zurich, we are very keen to hear from local candidates. 

Start: ASAP 

Duration: 12 months + 

As part of the Global Opex program, a Change & Communication European Lead is required to engage with multiple stakeholder groups and educate, influence and monitor the adoption of the required changes to sustainably reduce the operating cost base. Reporting to the Head of Change and Communications (Global Opex) the regional lead (Europe) will be accountable for managing this review and resultant change journey with management for all European based functions and Business units including but not limited to: EUCAN, GNS and ISIT (Zurich) and Procurement (London) and other locations as necessary. 

The role: 

• Engage across the entire Global Opex team (Buy less, pay less, Work better, Coms and change and PMO) to understand the overall program status at initiative level 
• Translate program status into and execute an actionable set of change and communication activities for the business and functional units 
• Develop change and communication material and activities accordingly to support the required changes and adoption to the new ways of working for Cost packages and functional transformations e.g. GBS change impact for North America businesses, arranging documentation translation as necessary 
• Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the program team on implementation acceptance and also challenges to allow for any adaptation to material and/or plans 
• Own and manage a stakeholder plan for the North America based leadership teams and employees and brief the program team as required 
• Understand and support the work stream leads in enabling delivery of the financial targets according to those set and also the new package based budgeting cycle 
• Own and manage/coordinate the engagement plan for the in scope areas with the package tams, program team and functional / business implementation lead roles 

Your profile: 

• At least 8 years in a global Change Management / Communication leading position 
• Change Management / Communication experience in Opex / Finance program will be a strong asset 
• Experience in HR organisational effectiveness / design a strong asset 
• Business oriented with superior communication and influencing skills 
• Known and respected leader to the in scope audience 
• Operational Experience in a country highly appreciated 
• Experience in working with multicultural teams, speaking different languages 
• Experience with different culture and business requirements 
• Strong ethics and integrity with ability to keep matters highly confidential 
• Result oriented, motivated, reliable and trustworthy 
• Experience with working with challenging stakeholder groups 
• English fluent
