Business Insights and Marketing Manager
About the department
As a key driver of Novo Nordisk’s future growth, and a geographical scope of 5 Regions covering 194 countries, Novo Nordisk International Operations (IO) has a dynamic environment that offers a world of opportunities.
As Business Insights Manager & Marketing Manager, you will create strategic insights in order to drive the commercial decisions in IO. You will identify growth drivers, develop strategic business cases, analyse business impact, develop strategic recommendations and long term forecasting. You will support key strategic projects across the 5 Regions and develop RoI methodologies to enable the strategic resource allocation across countries, brands and activities. You will support Commercial Planning as a strategic driver for IO and set the direction and agenda for the IO Commercial Planning Group. You will support the IO reporting to the Regions and ad hoc analyses and presentations to Senior Management and act as strategic business partner by working closely together with all major IO-SO functions, IO regions, SAM and other key internal functions in relation to, opportunity assessment and implementation. The position will report to the VP of Marketing & Commercial Execution.
You hold a Master’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have extensive experience in relevant areas within commercial strategy, planning, project management and experience in ROI methodologies.
Finally, you are comfortable using your fluent written and spoken English on a daily basis.
